Fourthwalling: This one's a bit iffier, I don't mind in general as long as it's vague and you don't have complete knowledge of what happens to her.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): Not many. The only thing I can really think of is sexual assault but I should hope most people won't treat that lightly.
